Dr Lea is an endodontist, a dentist who specializes in treating the soft inner tissue of a tooth's roots. After practicing general dentistry for six years, he attended an endontic residency for two years at Ft Bragg, NC. There, he studied only endodontic treatment and learned advanced techniques so he can provide the very best care comfortably in the least amount of time.
Dr Lea is a specialist. In his office, he performs only endodontic procedures, both routine and complex. He is also experienced at finding the cause of oral and facial pain that is difficult to diagnose. Of the many tools Dr. Lea has at his diposal, his patients' favorite is the Single Tooth Anesthesia (STA) that provides local anesthetic in minute amounts through a tubing - no more multiple injections!
Dr Lea's favorite tool is the Zeiss microscope which allows him to identify the tiny canals in the tooth chamber.

Dr. Christopher Sandlin is a Navy trained endodontist and his wife Carolee and three children join us from Beaufort, SC. Dr. Sandlin received his dental training at the University of Tennessee, Memphis and received his endodontic specialty training from the US Navy program at Bethesda, MD.
Dr. Sandlin is a Board Eligible Endodontist.

Dr. Brian Bickel is a U.S. Army trained endodontist who attended the same residency program as Dr. Lea at Ft Bragg, NC! His wife Melanie and twin sons are enjoying their new home in Savannah, Georgia.

Dr. Nathan Lund is a U.S. Army trained endodontist who attended the same residency as Dr. Lea & Dr. Bickel! He is a happy father of one. He loves saving teeth!

Beverly Rogers is our efficient & compassionate practice manager. She is a home grown resident of Richmond Hill, a loving mother and grandmother too! |
Jenni is the office manager for the Richmond Hill office. She is our insurance expert and front office guru. She makes sure the patient's visit runs smoothly. |

Jennifer is our newest staff member. She will be the office manager at our satellite office in Hinesville. Jennifer has a Journalism degree from the University of Florida. Go Gators! She is excited about helping expand the practice into Historic Liberty County.

Susan is a Michigan implant via Arizona! She is Dr. Lea's mother and a hard working office administrator. Yes, she does make sure he eats his vegetables! Susan has a sociology degree from Hillsdale College, Michigan. She is an avid tennis player and always looking for a game.

Karin is one of the Office Administrators. She aids with conflict resolution and fee management. She is an Arizona transplant where she studied zoology at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ.
Karin is also Dr. Lea's much, much younger sister! Can you see the resemblence? |
Stacey is our collection specialist. A hygenist by training, our receptionist by choice. We are so lucky to have this wonderful multi-tasker and mother of two! |

Christa, a Glennville native, has been with our practice since its inception in 2005. She is a highly motivated assistant, dedicated to her patient's comfort. |

Shannon Bollinger is our high speed dental assistant who enjoys a challenge! She works with both perio and endo patients. She is a very busy mother of two boys! |

Jolene is Dr. Lea's wife and is the Medical Quality Assurance Officer. She makes sure that everyone is current with their CPR and knows how to use the AED! She ensures that the office is safe for staff and the patients. Jolene monitors current practice guidelines as described by the American Dental Association. Jolene has a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL - Go Gators! |
