Dr. Lea has been practicing dentistry since 1997.  He is graduate of Univerity of Colorado Health Sciences Dental School, Denver, Colorado.  He obtained his endodontic specialization through the US Army Endodontics Program at Ft Bragg, NC, where he graduated in 2004.

Beverly Rogers is our efficient & compassionate office manager.  She is also a home grown resident  of Richmond Hill.

Christa, a Glennville native, has been with our practice since its inception in 2005.  She is a highly motivated assistant, dedicated to her patient's comfort.  Christa is currently a student at Armstrong Atlantic University working toward a degree in Hygiene.

Tiffany is our youngest staff member.  She is a freshman at Georgia College & State University where she is majoring in Biology.  She is in the Zeta Sorority.  Tiffany works with us on holiday breaks and brings the energy and beauty of spring with her.

Mary is a full time dental assistant.  Since joining the practice in 2007, she has become the lead assistant.  She takes pride in providing the patients with a professional and pleasant experience.

Jenni is our receptionist and insurance expert.  She provides patients with appointments convenient to their schedule and  informs the patients of their expected copay prior to the visit, reducing confusion and embarrassing moments on everyone's side!

Karin is the Office Administrator.  She aids with conflict resolution and fee management.  She is an Arizona transplant where she studied zoology at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ.

Jolene is Dr. Lea's wife and is the Medical Quality Assurance Officer.  She makes sure that everyone is current with their CPR and knows how to use the AED!  She ensures that the office is safe for staff and the patients & that current practice guidelines are adhered to as described by the American Dental Association.  Jolene has a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL - Go Gators!
